	Like in Serengeti, I chose the color palette for this painting based on the room it would dwell in. I envisioned a twilight rainforest pool surrounded by foliage. Originally, my design included poison frogs, however, I changed the design to accommodate my client to include orchids and dragonflies instead. The painting expresses a more abstract style in the foliage, water and background, developed from the sketch.
